You excel at something akin to psychic-tetris, i.e. thriving on solving real-time problems and handling multiple projects concurrently, all while interfacing with an eclectic group of software engineers. You have an affinity for details and will be an essential player on a hardworking global team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate complex and ever-changing travel arrangements, including budget management
• Track and manage expense reports efficiently
• Provide monthly reports on travel and related expenditures
• Plan and organize logistics for quarterly team meetings.
